ProLibrary

ProLibrary is a desk for reading-room owners and a search page for students. Owners list the library, manage seats, students, and fees, and accept booking requests. Students do not need an account to search or send a request.

Terms & Conditions

Owner membership is paid on Razorpay to ProLibrary. Seat booking is paid to the library's own UPI, not to the platform. A plan price and duration are fixed by the platform admin at the time of payment. The seat stays temporary until the owner accepts. If the owner does not act within one hour, the hold ends and the seat is free again.

Privacy Policy

A student’s name, mobile, address, and fee history are visible only to that library’s owner and the platform admin. Public library pages show photos, facilities, plans, timings, and seat availability — not student records.

Refund Policy

Membership payment questions go to the platform admin on WhatsApp 9413618248. If a membership expires or is suspended, the library, photos, seats, students, fees, and history are not deleted. Renewing the same account turns management back on.

Lifetime membership covers this registered library account. If a separate add-on is offered later, that add-on is priced on its own.
